  2. Medical Development programme and Hospital Pharmacy Programme.
  3. National 'AIDS' Control Programme.
  4. Reproductive Child Health (RCH ). Family Welfare and Immunization Programme.
  5. National Leprosy Eradication Programme.
  6. National Tuberculosis Control Programme.
  7. National Programme for Control of Blindness Programme.
  8. National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme.
  9. National Guineaworm Eradication Programme.
  10. Prevention and control of Communicable Diseases like Diarrhoeal diseases,JapaneseEncephalitis etc.
